Two well appointed, fully equipped holiday flats, close to the town centre and kept to the highest standards.


St Georges

* There is free parking for one car - possibly two cars per flat.
* Cots and high chairs available on request, without charge.
* There is a laundry room with free use of   automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer that takes £1 coins.
* All linen is provided, except towels.
* Flat 1 has one double bedroom. Flat 3 has three bedrooms
* Electricity is by £1 coin meter in each flat.
* There is no charge for gas.
* Flat 1 has about 8 steps up to it.( Not too steep, and there is a hand rail ) Flat 3 is on level ground.
* Pets are generally not accepted, but there may be exceptions. Please ask.

St Georges is a large old property at Shutta, a conservation area 5 minutes level walk from the centre of Looe and 2 minutes level walk from the railway station. It has been tastefully converted into three spacious flats, two of which -Flat 1 and Flat 3 - are available to rent for holidays throughout the year. ( Flat 2 is now owner-occupied and so is longer available for holiday lets)

These Flats are light, airy, spacious, and warm and comfortable. They are maintained to a high standard.We pride ourselves on their cleanliness. We frequently receive letters of commendation from guests. All beds have good quality mattresses and continental quilts. Each flat is equipped with DVD & widescreen tv with Freeview, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, fridge, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Flat 3 has central heating. Flat 1 has a convector heater in the lounge and an electric wall heater in the bedroom. We even supply such things as washing up liquid, kitchen towels, handwash & toilet rolls.

In 2009 more than 60% of our bookings were from guests who had stayed before. Some guests come to stay several times each year. To see what guests say about St Georges, click on the Comments Page.
