is garage parking for one car - possibly two cars per
flat.
* Cots and high chairs available on request, without
charge.
* There is a laundry room with free use of
automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer that takes
£1 coins.
* All linen is provided, except towels.
* Flat 1 has one double bedroom. Flat 3 has three
bedrooms
* Electricity is by £1 coin meter in each flat.
* There is no charge for gas.
* Flat 1 has about 8 steps up to it.( Not too steep, and
there is a hand rail ) Flat 3 is on level ground.
* Pets are generally not accepted, but there may be
exceptions. Please ask.
These Flats are light, airy, spacious, and warm and comfortable. They are maintained to a high standard.We pride ourselves on their cleanliness. We frequently receive letters of commendation from guests. All beds have good quality mattresses and continental quilts. Each flat is equipped with DVD & widescreen tv with Freeview, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, fridge, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Flat 3 has central heating. Flat 1 has a convector heater in the lounge and an electric wall heater in the bedroom. We even supply washing up things, kitchen towels, handwash, toilet rolls etc
